Customized Written Exams
Each and every written promotional examination that is designed by Resource Management Associates is fully customized to meet the unique requirements of the fire or police department for which it is designed. Resource Management Associates offers no “off-the shelf” examinations. We provide only content-valid examinations designed based on a careful review of the requirements of the position to be tested. Additionally, all of our questions are source-documented and we provide a process for on-site test scoring as well as a review and appeal procedure.
Our library of fire service and law enforcement reference materials covers every possible knowledge area and we continually monitor these materials for any updates. We also develop questions from department policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of content validity for each position tested.
